Anyway FAW owns many plants all over china, and this one maybe comes from one of them in JiLin city. If you are subtle on wheels and live in CC for a long enough period, you may meet more of this kind. And, Rovers are gonna to be manufactured in shanghai, and perhaps also nanking, but not in CC.
